Meet your Red Shoe Coaches
Megan is a career and workplace coach who helps women to find and achieve their dream career.
Before co-founding Red Shoe Coaching, Megan worked for over a decade as a HR professional in a range of generalist and specialist roles. She has an interest in workplace diversity, performance improvement and culture enhancement. Megan provides bespoke HR consulting services as well as coaching services.
Megan has worked across public, private and tertiary education sectors so she understands the unique challenges in each sector. This allows her to work well with clients from a wide variety of organisations and roles.
Megan has a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching, a Masters of Human Resource Management (specialising in Organisational Change Management), and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology (specialising in Neuroscience). Megan combines this broad foundation in both science and humanities to bring a unique approach to her work. She is working towards gaining the requirements to seek accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
Megan brings her empathy, out of the box thinking and enthusiastic support and encouragement to her coaching practice. She loves to help people stretch their perceptions of what they can achieve.
When she is not coaching, Megan is busy raising two young kids, studying to become a civil marriage celebrant, and she is always listening to podcasts, audiobooks and music.
